We currently have Per-Diem openings for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Cambridge / Somerville and the surrounding area. Compensation for this position is $35 per visit for an RN or $30 per visit for an LPN with an expectation of two visits per hour on average.

Communicate and Coordinate : If something changes, you're the one who keeps providers, families, and care teams informed , ensuring patients get the right care at the right time.

Document and Reflect : At the end of your day, you submit your notes from home -ensuring every visit is recorded accurately, not just for compliance but for the next nurse who continues their care.
