Cleaning Technician

Job Summary :

As a Cleaning Technician with Image One Facility Solutions you will play a vital role in maintaining clean safe and healthy environments for our clients. You will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties in commercial office and industrial facilities ensuring all spaces meet Image Ones high standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and trash removal.

Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and common areas.

Refill and maintain cleaning and restroom supplies.

Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers carpet extractors and auto-scrubbers (training provided if needed).

Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals according to established standards.

Report maintenance issues safety hazards or supply needs to supervisors promptly.

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards.

Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude with clients and coworkers.

Adhere to Image Ones policies values and brand standards.
