Under the supervision and guidance of the Associate Director of Business Career Services Operations, the Graduate Program Student Success Advisor has the following responsibilities :

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience with the principles and practices of career coaching, career readiness and professional development initiatives, talent acquisition and customer service, or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of the same experience. (Note : or a combination of post high school education or experience equal to six years.)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree.
Three years of experience with the principles and practices of career coaching, career readiness and professional development initiatives, talent acquisition and customer service. Experience with course instruction and teaching methodology.
