Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting them with their inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
• Provide product and service information to customers as required.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
