Operations Director

Seeking an Operations Director who can take ownership of day-to-day production, strengthen the team, and keep projects moving on time and on budget within the flexographic printing industry. They're looking for a strong leader who understands the pace and demands of this industry and can drive performance, efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing production team
• Oversee daily operations to ensure schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive overall profitability
• Develop and enforce production processes, workflows, and safety standards
• Track KPIs and report on performance, production results, and continuous improvement efforts
• Coordinate closely with customer service, maintenance, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead problem-solving on production issues and equipment challenges
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality expectations, and industry standards
