About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Strategic Marketing and Client Engagement to spearhead the creation of innovative marketing strategies that are in line with client business goals and enhance engagement through data-driven approaches. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with clients to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes, overseeing cross-functional collaboration to optimize media strategies, and utilizing data insights to design tailored campaigns. This leadership role also involves playing a key part in business development, creating plans to improve client satisfaction and retention, and leading strategic planning efforts in coordination with data science and engineering teams. Candidates for this role at The Company must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in digital marketing, consulting, or pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record in analytics-driven customer engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of CRM systems, omnichannel orchestration, and advanced campaign measurement methodologies, as well as experience with B2B HCP and B2C Physician audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to align data intelligence with marketing strategy to deliver measurable ROI, and a passion for innovation and measurable outcomes within the healthcare, pharma, or life sciences industries. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to mentor and manage cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
