We are seeking a

compassionate and dynamic Assisted Living Director to manage the

daily operations of Cornerstone Residence of Kelliher. In this

leadership role, you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding,

and supervising all staff within the assisted living facility. You

will ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services that

foster a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for our

residents.

The ideal candidate will direct

all aspects of the facility in alignment with regulatory standards,

resident needs, and the mission and values of Cornerstone

Residence. This includes maintaining compliance with state and

local guidelines, promoting resident well-being, and supporting

staff to provide exceptional care and service.
