Hospital is seeking a board-certified / board-eligible full-time
Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its Behavioral Health
Primary Care Clinic in Kamuela, Hawaii.
This is an
outpatient role focused on serving child and adolescent patients
with the opportunity to see some adults as needed. The ideal
candidate would have 5 or more years of experience and comfortable
working in a rural environment. This organization has a family-like
atmosphere and members pride themselves on providing crucial
medical services to a rural community on the north end of the Big

Position Details : Full time position
Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
Outpatient care only
Supported by 3 providers and other support
staff
Pediatric / Adolescent medication
management and long-acting injectable management
Typically see 8 to 10 patients per day with the opportunity to
inherit a patient panel or build your own
Compensation &
Benefits : Compensation is
between $324,960 and $357,456 per year
$25,000
relocation assistance
CME funds and days
Benefits include health, vision, dental and

Qualifications
& Requirements : Must
be board-certified / board-eligible MD / DO in the state of Hawaii
5+ years of experience preferred
Experience or certifications in
Pediatric / Adolescent medication management
Comfortable working in a rural environment

Island, Queen's North Hawai'i Community Hospital is
a 35-bed rural acute-care facility that serves Waimea and
surrounding communities. Part of The Queen's Health
Systems, Queen's North Hawai'i Community Hospital
has over 300 employees and more than a dozen physicians who serve
the main hospital as well as outpatient clinics at Lucy Henriques
Medical Center. The Level III Trauma Center is accredited by The
Joint Commission and is a designated Baby-Friendly birth facility.
