Total Compensation Package : $75,000 - $88,000+ (including benefits and career development opportunities)

We are seeking a motivated and talented Civil Designer (EIT) with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing civil engineering firm specializing in land development projects . Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications .
• Conduct site assessments and collect field data for project planning.
• Perform calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure systems .
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery .
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory standards .
