About the Role

As the Director, HR Business Partner for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative, world-class HR strategies that align with our enterprise HR vision and propel business success. In this pivotal role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to the VPs of GSC Technology and Global Sourcing, partnering with their leadership teams to craft and execute transformative talent strategies for over 2,500 employees globally. This position reports directly to the Global Supply Chain Vice President of Human Resources, is part of the GSC HR SLT, offering high visibility and impact across the organization. This role collaborates and connects across the Global HR organization and drives business tied HR strategies across a highly matrixed organization.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Shape and Drive Strategy

• Define and implement innovative HR strategies tailored to the business, ensuring optimal structures, workforce plans, and resources to achieve business goals across the business spectrum of sites, divisions, regions / commercial, and global functions.
• Develop deep business acumen to effectively plan, consult and deliver for the GSC organization you support.
• Ensure understanding, effectiveness, and utilization of BSC's HR Model across GSC and support the broader HR strategy.
• Serve as an HR leader on the business SLT's and on broader HR forums.
• Engage and partner with the business through the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
