Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to lead and grow our retail partnerships across China. Based in Shanghai, this individual will strengthen existing retail relationships, develop new business opportunities, and represent Family Tree Farms’ premium offerings to leading retail chains. This is a high-impact, client-facing role with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing retail relationships, ensuring excellent service and consistent performance.
  • Drive new business development across major retail channels in China.
  • Represent Family Tree Farms at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, production) to meet client needs and drive sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to inform growth strategies in China.
  • Travel as needed to key markets across China to build relationships and close deals.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, ideally in the fresh produce, food & beverage, or retail industries.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English — both verbal and written.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for premium food products.
  • Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis.
