About the Role

We are on the lookout for a Product Director who will lead the development of a groundbreaking research operating system specifically designed for fundamental investors. In this pivotal role, you will revolutionize how financial data is organized and conveyed, focusing on creating a time-aware intelligence graph that transcends basic document summarization. You will play a key role in automating the integration of diverse financial data sources, enabling analysts to focus on crafting high-conviction investment ideas.

As Product Director, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and CTO, maintain direct engagement with our customers, and be actively involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution. Ideal candidates should bring a minimum of 10 years of product management experience, particularly in capital markets technology or workflow management solutions. A hands-on approach with a proven track record of launching successful products in dynamic environments is essential.

Your deep understanding of the workflows of buy-side analysts and portfolio managers, especially within the front office of hedge funds or alternative investment firms, will be invaluable. Key responsibilities will include building and leading dynamic product teams, developing a focused product roadmap, and cultivating a product culture rooted in curiosity, quality, and rapid iteration.

As a Product Director, you will have the autonomy to make critical decisions and will prioritize speed and agility in our product development process.
