Field Service Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of integrated systems in the field.

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on installed systems.
  • Diagnose and repair any issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Document all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Generate detailed service reports and communicate findings to the Field Service Manager.
  • Keep accurate records of tools, equipment, and parts used.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing field service duties

Field Service Engineer Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry.
  • Navigation and communication systems (FCC License is a huge plus)
  • Skills :
