Sigma Defense is seeking a C5ISR Senior Systems Engineer (Technical Manager) to join our team in Fayetteville, NC.

The ideal candidate has fifteen years of experience in C5ISR systems, including Technology Analysis and Assessment, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems / Equipment Integration, Test & Evaluation Criteria, and Logistics support of C5ISR requirements.

This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. The candidate selected for this role will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization. Anticipated award date : October - November 2025.

Requirements

• Recognized as an expert in Joint Warfighter C5ISR.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• 15+ years of experience in C5ISR systems, to include :
• Technology Analysis and Assessment
• Design Definition
• Development of Systems Specification
• Systems Analysis
• Systems Architecture
• Systems / Equipment Integration
• Test & Evaluation Criteria
• Logistics support of C5ISR requirements.

Mandatory Certifications : Working towards the following certifications within one and a half years after assuming duties :

Salary Range : $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
