Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency accredited by the ACGME.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
