Rate of Pay : $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule : Wednesday-Saturday 32 hours per week
Hours : 8 : 30 am-5 : 00 pm

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
The Leasing Agent assists the Community Manager with coordinating business operations of HUD / RD or Tax Credit properties, providing eligible individuals with unfurnished housing in multi-family dwellings.

Education and / or Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Valid Driver's License and insurance is required.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Bilingual preferred.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Qualifications Ability to operate basic office equipment such as telephones, 10 key, scanner / photocopier, and fax machine. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with significant experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook Calendaring.
