Large Industrial Construction Project Scheduler

Title : Large Industrial Construction Project Scheduler - Multi-Phase Industrial Construction

Location Options : Irvine, CA / Cleveland, OH / Melbourne, FL

Salary : $130,000 - $180,000 + Bonus

We are looking to hire someone with 10+ years of Large Industrial Multi-Phase Construction Project Scheduling experience who utilizes Primavera P6

Founded in 1878 we are a 400 employee full-service design-build & construction firm that services clients across the US, Mexico & United Kingdom with 6 locations across the US. We serve clients in aerospace, automotive, food & beverage, pharmaceutical & commercial sectors. The Construction Project Scheduler will support aerospace facility projects from planning through execution.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop & revise detailed construction schedules using MS Project for multiple aerospace / industrial projects
Conduct critical path and time impact analyses, incl : delay fragments & resource / cost loading
Lead daily huddles and pull plan sessions with onsite teams to align milestones and resolve schedule conflicts
Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to determine scope and scheduling requirements
Prepare advisory reports & progress updates for management, highlighting risks, delays & mitigation strategies

What You Need for this Position

10+ years of experience in large-scale multi-phase INDUSTRIAL construction scheduling, preferably in aerospace or industrial sectors

Proficiency in MS Project (required); Primavera P6 and Takt Plan Scheduling experience is a plus

Strong understanding of Lean Construction principles incl : pull planning & collaborative scheduling

Ability to perform schedule forecasting, earned value analysis & procurement coordination

Excellent communication and reporting skills w / ability to travel 10-20% to job sites & client facilities
