Position Overview :

Inhospital Physicians is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our Hospitalist team in Victor Valley, CA . This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with an RVU-based bonus , a supportive clinical environment, and an excellent work-life balance.

This is a daytime-only role with shared call responsibilities and no procedural requirements.

Position Details :

Schedule : 12-hour day shifts

Team Structure : 2 Hospitalist MDs per day + APP support

Patient Census : 35 patients / day (shared)

Open ICU : You ll manage patients in partnership with intensivists

No procedures required

Day physician runs rapid responses and codes (Anesthesia is available on-site)

Call : Every other day minimal responsibilities

Compensation : Salary + RVU-based performance bonus

Requirements :

MD or DO with Board Certification / Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

California medical license or eligibility to obtain

Strong communication and collaborative clinical skills

Prior inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred
