As a Senior Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll design, develop, and deliver mechanical solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will serve as a key technical leader, guiding projects from concept through execution, and acting as the primary interface with external customers.
In this role, you'll report directly to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering excellence, optimize processes, and support the launch of groundbreaking new products within Healthcare Sensor Solutions. Your contributions will directly impact innovation, efficiency, and the overall success of our programs.

3D CAD Design 3D Design 3D Modeling Ability to manage projects from conception to completion. Ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions. DFMEA Design for Assembly Design for Manufacturability Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and presentations. Experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading teams. Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting. Experience with system analysis and design validation. Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). New Product Introduction Sensor Design Stress & Fatigue Analysis Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong capability in product design and development. Strong focus on precision and quality in designs and analyses. Understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, ISO).
