About the Job :

HVAC Residential Technician – Service, Maintenance, Installation, Ductwork at Fuss Free AC in Pinellas Park, FL.

The job is in the West Coast area : Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and other surrounding cities. Must have 5 to 10 years of Residential HVAC experience.

We Offer :

Great pay based on experience; our top guys earn $27 - $30 per hour.
Run your own company truck, we provide the vehicle with expenses paid.

Key Duties :

Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.

Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the AC systems.

Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner.

Perform routine HVACR service or maintenance activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.

Travel to job sites in a service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.

Qualifications :

Must read, write, and speak fluent English.

Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.

Valid social security number.

Must pass a background check and drug test.

EPA Certification is required.

OSHA 10 certification, is preferred but not required.

Physical / Work Environment Requirements :

Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.

Be able to bend / stoop, squat / crouch, climb, kneel and twist.

Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
