ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Representative for Grayson Stoneking State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations, customers success, and future of our office. You'll be tasked with growing our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Base Salary + Commission + Annual Bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
