Out Patient Family Medicine

Seeking a Family Practice physician to work with a well established, nationally recognized community health facility located in Chicago. Office is comprised of family medicine, pediatrics, OB / Gyn, behavior health, nursing staff and a pharmacy.

They are seeking a physician that shares their mission and passion for working in a community health environment.

They will offer a flexible schedule :

5 -8hr days or 4 -10hr days

Only one 1 / 2 day on Saturday once a month which you will have time off during the week

Call by phone only 1 : 7 - one week after 5pm every 7 weeks,  very light call

Out patient only

Reasonable patient volume

Competitive salary with bonus structure

Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage

3 weeks paid vacation to start

80 hours PTO

CME - one week paid plus $2,000
