Job Description
Opportunity for an experienced SPM wanting to take the next step, or an experienced PX to join the largest national builder of mission critical projects. Project sizes are between $500M to $2B.
Responsibilities :
- Ultimate responsibility for the ground up construction of large data centers
- Oversight of all project planning contract negotiations, buyout, budget and project schedule
- Management of Senior PMs and all supporting staff pertaining to this project
- Reporting on project progress for leadership team
