Job Title : Solution Architect with P&C Claims domain

Skills Required :

• Solutioned Architecture for P&C Claims domain and Must have claim conversion experience
• Developed Architecture to integrate data from various transaction sources
• Design an architecture that integrates with internal and external data sources
• Carefully analyse business needs and technical requirements to design customized solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that meet specific project objectives.
• ssess and select the right technologies, considering performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design data integration strategies to optimize operations and ensure seamless data flow.
• Implement robust security measures and adhere to regulatory standards to protect sensitive data.
• Continuously monitor and improve system performance for a responsive user experience.
• Create clear and comprehensive architectural documentation for effective communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with business partners to strategy requirements and translate it into technical solutions and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure
• Document user stories, uses cases, business process workflow using Visio
• Conduct JAD session with technology, source SME for data mapping; data transformation; functional and UX enhancements
• Create data model for a shared data structure
• Create data mapping on various stages from source mainframe to SAP
• Profiling data and ETL logic for documenting end to end data flow and lineage from capture at source, to storage, to delivery and its business intent at each stage
• Collaborate with business and technology partners throughout various project phases to Design, Review and Development of requirements to ensure that the business needs were met and understood
• Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communication and training

Provide SME advice ensuring requirements are well defined, aligned to business strategies and collaborate with technology team for solution design.
