The Role : What You'll Be Doing (The Impact)

As a core member of the Stafford Services clinical team, you will be the front-line leader driving optimal outcomes and quality improvement.

• Clinical Autonomy : Provide expert routine and acute medical care directly to SNF residents.
• Comprehensive Management : Conduct thorough assessments, manage complex chronic conditions, and oversee personalized care plans.
• Collaborative Leadership : Partner seamlessly with facility nursing leadership and attending physicians to ensure integrated care.
