A leading UK group of independent schools is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead international student recruitment across the Middle East.

This is a remote position, best suited to a self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver results in a highly competitive international education market.

45,000 - 50,000 a year

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver international student recruitment targets for multiple UK schools catering to students aged 1318.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies across all recruitment channels.
• Build, manage, and strengthen agent partnerships, while also expanding direct recruitment activity.
• Provide personalized support to families throughout the admissions process.
• Represent the schools at fairs, events, and through regular travel within the region.
• Provide senior management with timely performance reports, market insights, and recommendations.
