Join us as a Senior Reliability Engineer in our Land and Strategic Missile Defense business area, where your expertise will contribute to making the world safer.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver reliability predictions for the Patriot missile system.
  • Mentor team members and lead internal training initiatives.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide critical insights.
  • Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Guide technical direction during missile operations, addressing field returns, complex assembly, disassembly issues, and mission readiness for flight tests.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to conduct test data analysis and trending.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to cross-functional teams, including customers and management.

Qualifications Required :

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in reliability predictions or missile scoring analysis.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-paced environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and presentation using Database SQL.
  • Proficiency in data organization for trend analysis using scripts.
  • Experience in delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences, including international clients.
  • Familiarity with National Instruments LabView or LabWindows, PXI, myDAQ, or Compact RIO hardware.
  • Hands-on experience with system assembly, disassembly, and testing.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action Systems).
  • Competence in reliability modeling, including Weibull analysis.
  • Capability to conduct and oversee various reliability testing methodologies (accelerated life testing, HALT / HASS).
  • Expertise in reliability methodologies such as FMEA, FMECA, FTA, and RCA.
