Mohawk is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will direct the daily activities of hourly and temporary employees to meet the needs of our customers and help us win in the market.

What you'll do :

• Oversee employee job assignments including loading, shipping and receiving products, as well as office and clerical functions.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring decisions of new employees.
• Train new employees on equipment operation, shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and other warehouse responsibilities.
• Monitor and coach employees on performance; conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide backup in absence of manager and other employees in assigned area.
• Assist with leading safety meetings and implementing safety initiatives.
• Oversee inventory control and cycle counts, as well as compile and analyze data and reports related to warehouse operations.
• Address and resolve customer service issues as they arise.
