Job descriptionMonitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and logging all entries and exits according to site-specific procedures. Assist with implementing security-related procedures and protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site management. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and directions. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and client policies. Collaborate with site personnel to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment within the chemical and petrochemical facility. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only. Security Officer - Access Control - Unarmed Post
As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a chemical and petrochemical location, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to everyone onsite. Job Schedule :
DayTime Wed 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
