Orientation : Biweekly sessions

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,320 - $2,490 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Vermont nursing license required (can be applied for upon acceptance)

BLS certification required

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

Orthopedic nursing skills highly preferred (orthopedics is the main specialty)

Scrub nurse experience highly preferred

Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Must have own vehicle (no public transportation available)

Strong attention to detail; must provide complete work history and explain any employment gaps over 30 days

Not accepting local candidates

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, specializing in orthopedic procedures

Assist with scrubbing and circulating duties as needed

Participate in on-call rotation

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Cerner EMR

Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

Attend orientation and ongoing training sessions
