Salary and Benefits

• Salary range : $110,000 $120,000 annually (depending on experience)
• CME : $2,500 annual reimbursement and 5 paid CME days
• Productivity Bonus : Additional compensation available based on productivity
• Medical Insurance : 100% premium coverage for employee-only on the Domestic plan; multiple options available
• Dental & Vision Insurance : Guardian plans with both in-network and out-of-network options
• Retirement Plans : 401(k) with 100% employer match of the first 5% after one year; 457 plan available
• Paid Time Off : 20 days PTO, 10 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday

• Admin Time : Up to 4 hours weekly of protected administrative time
• Schedule : Monday Friday, daytime clinic hours with shared call coverage
