We are looking for you to join our team as a Manager Project Management 3, onsite in San Diego, CA. You will be joining the Secure Processing and Networks (SPAN) Business Unit (BU) within the Navigation, Intelligence, and Connectivity Division (NIC) Division.
What you will get to do :
We are looking for a proven leader with a strong planning and programs background and a successful record in business operations and execution. The individual will be responsible for operating in a team environment across the BU, Operating Unit and program leadership, and functional organization leadership. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative / team settings across all levels. The candidate must possess, and be able to demonstrate, excellent written and verbal communication skills, possess strong leadership abilities and effective problem-solving capabilities. They must think ahead to anticipate potential challenges, ensuring they are addressed in advance or providing recommended options to leadership when necessary. The selected individual will serve as the BU Chief of Staff by leading the planning, preparation, coordination and execution of all BU level internal meetings and engagements. The selected individual will also support the BU in coordinating, assembly and delivery of key data artifacts, internal investment plan, and resource planning. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all division level and sector level engagements, developing and maintaining the business operations dashboard to track performance metrics, and coordinate action tracking across the division leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence up and down the chain of command is required, as is a proven track record of innovation, problem solving and career development.

Primary Level Salary Range : $159,500.00 - $239,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
