About the Role

As the Assistant Community Manager, youll step into a leadership role that blends operations, resident service, and team support. Working alongside the Community Manager, youll help drive financial performance, mentor on-site staff, and take ownership of key processes that keep the community thriving. This is a full-time, on-site position with commission opportunities.

What Youll Do

• Assist in managing property operations, ensuring financial policies and procedures are followed.
• Support rent collection and strive for zero delinquencies.
• Prepare accurate and timely bank deposits, reports, and financial documentation.
• Help oversee leasing activity, maintenance scheduling, and make-ready processes.
• Step into a leadership role by supervising on-site staff in the Community Managers absence.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve community performance and resident experience.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with inspections, repairs, and resident communication.
• Work weekends as needed to support the community.
