Position Overview

As our Operations Manager, you'll run the day-to-day operations and ensure every job is done right, on time, and with zero hassle (for customers and staff). You'll be the main driver behind production efficiency, rock-solid quality control, and over-the-top customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Production & Quality Oversight

Coordinate daily workflow with technicians to ensure smooth, efficient operations (someone else can handle appointmentsdon't worry).

Lead, coach, and motivate stafffrom seasoned techs to the greenest rookies.

Make sure customers have a stellar experience from check-in to check-outeven if you can't tell them what's under the hood.

Implement company policies, procedures, and safety guidelineslike it's second nature.

Keep a close watch on metrics like labor efficiency, turnaround time, and revenue performance.
