About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Strategy and Business Operations to join their innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for obsessing over growth strategy, building sales analytics and operations, and establishing the business operations function and team. This role requires an individual with a proven ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional partners, who can positively influence and enhance the company's culture. The Head of Growth will work closely with the co-founders to identify and quantify top growth opportunities, and will be expected to champion the integration of AI into daily work, leveraging best-in-class AI tools to accelerate product discovery and enhance team efficiency. Data-driven decision-making, a bias to action, and a passion for startup life are essential. Applicants for the Head of Growth Strategy and Business Operations role at the company should have at least 6 years of total work experience, with a preference for those who have 2+ years in consulting or banking, along with healthcare and startup experience. The ideal candidate will have a top academic track record, be in the top 1% for communication of analysis and recommendations, and demonstrate exemplary trustworthiness and integrity. A background in a top MBA program is preferred. The role demands an individual who is adept at modeling and slide work, and who can use these tools to build and test hypotheses, plan, communicate, and influence in a team environment.
