• Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00
• Hours/Week: 40
• Contract Length: 366 weeks
• Weekends: Weekend rotation
• Call: None

Compliance & Submission

• NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License required at submission
• 14-panel drug screen required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• RTO must be submitted at upload (max 5 days)
• Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
• Facility may cancel up to 5 shifts per 13-week contract with 2-hour notice
