Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a  Travel - Physical Therapist - Adult Home Health

Shift :  Days / 8a-4 : 30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week. Weekend rotations

Length : 16-26 weeks

Must be flexible with holidays.

Requirements :

VT License

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (or more) with home health

Prior travel required

Has strong clinical / assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs

BLS

At least 2 previous travel assignments preferred

Other Details :

This candidate will be expected to do 5-6 clients per day
