Job descriptionDeliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication. Respond promptly to policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support. Help educate customers on coverage options and available services. Identify opportunities for referrals and cross-selling to support agency goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Washington Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and a team-first mindset. Previous customer service or office experience preferred. Base Pay : $21.50-$23.00 per hour (depending on experience) Plus commission and performance bonus opportunities. Medical and dental benefits after eligibility period. Paid training and support to obtain necessary licensing. Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave.
