Pc Support Technician
We are seeking a PC Support Technician to assist with IT warehouse operations and hardware deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support roles and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key responsibilities include : fulfilling hardware requests and managing inventory in the IT warehouse, receiving, shipping, and tracking IT hardware using SAP and ServiceNow, updating asset records for received and deployed equipment, recovering IT equipment from onsite locations and coordinating returns from remote users, deploying computer peripherals (e.g., monitors, docking stations), imaging and preparing computers for deployment, and following up with managers regarding offboarded employees to ensure proper equipment return.
Required qualifications include a valid driver's license, experience in IT support roles such as Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Hardware Fulfillment, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM), and experience with SAP for asset tracking and inventory management. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in a related field and CompTIA A+ certification.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
