Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Paid Media team, fostering a collaborative environment
Develop and implement strategies based on industry trends and client objectives
Manage client relationships, addressing complex challenges and leading presentations for renewals and upsells
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in paid media within an agency environment
Proficiency in strategizing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
Experience in establishing valuable client relationships, including with C-Suite executives
Strong project management skills and experience in building teams and processes
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
