Job Qualifications :
- Proven experience of 3-4 years as a restaurant manager.
- High-volume (over $5M annual sales) bar / restaurant experience preferred.
- Possess mandatory Liquor License certification and Food Manager Certificate.
- Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Availability to work holidays, nights, weekends, and peak hours as needed.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and lead a diverse team.
- Skilled in managing inventory, labor planning, and financial reporting.
