Real Estate Paralegal

A mid-sized law firm is expanding their real estate department and are currently hiring an additional real estate paralegal. The position is full time and permanent. Benefits are available and will include 100% group medical. A dental plan, vision, 401k, PTO (holidays, sick, vacation, etc.) as well as yearly bonus, and other incentives.

The ideal paralegal will have no less than 5 years of real estate paralegal experience as well as title & escrow knowledge. Applicants with a well rounded understanding of all aspects of real estate are encouraged to apply. Title Closers or Title Agents who have worked in title exclusively but have a certificate or degree in legal studies may be considered for this position; depending on years of experience and relevant education.

The real estate department handles a variety of matters from real estate contracts, disputes, litigation. Real estate title closings (residential and commercial closings), etc. Land use, developers, and more. The firm also represents some mortgage lenders or banks in certain situations. Litigation experience is not required for this position.
