Job descriptionCompetitive Pay : Earn $37$45 / hr based on experience, with uncapped weekly performance bonuses. Diagnose and repair various systems, including but not limited to complex engine repairs, suspension, electrical, and heating / AC systems. Work with a team to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards. Complete thorough digital inspections and maintenance reports. Stay engaged with customers and the service department, keeping them informed on the repair progress. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and help with routine shop upkeep. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations. 10+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician (we love seasoned pros!). Expertise in ALL vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. Proficient in using hand tools and shop equipment (having your own tools is a plus). ASE certifications are great, but not requiredif you don't have them, we'll help you get them! A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting. A passion for helping customers and delivering high-quality service every time. Lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces. Stand and walk for the majority of the workday in a high-volume environment. Have the dexterity to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.
