• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Qualifications :
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Technology driven Compensation : $75,000+ commission only
