Provides support to the Director of Operations or Designee with overseeing functions of the Fleet / Custodial Department. Responsible for monitoring the quality of work performed by the Fleet / Custodial staff. Performs periodic inspections of all designated facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Department standards. Monitors training compliance for Fleet / Custodial staff within the Operations Department. Balances operational, capacity and staffing issues to achieve efficiency and staffing targets.
Effectively uses department budgets, input files and reports to make accurate and effective judgments and recommendations based on the data.
Participates in Operations meetings to discuss current department status and upcoming areas of focus.
Works collaboratively with other Operation department coordinators to identify, analyze and resolve issues / problems in a timely manner and without impact to those we serve.

Pay Range :
$57,460.00 - $61,460.00 Annual Salary; Based on experience.Monday- Friday from 8 AM to 4 :
30 PM RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for the management of all vehicles and associated equipment through timely repairs and maintenance to ensure that all are in proper working order.Responsible for the oversight of all custodial services provided at all locations Responsible for supporting the recruitment, development, and evaluation of staff to maintain program quality, compliance, and alignment with agency initiatives. REQUIREMENTS :
Two years of higher education, four years’ experience in Safety and Security, two of which were in a supervisory capacity.BENEFITS :
