Job Description
The Maintenance Technician I–III is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment while assisting senior team members on electrical and mechanical projects. This role requires strong technical skills, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with electrical and mechanical systems, PLCs, robots, AC / DC drives, servo drives, HMIs, motor controls, sensors, and relays.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical / mechanical / pneumatic / hydraulic schematics.
- Familiarity with ladder logic, function block logic, industrial PCs, and PLCs (e.g., Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCat).
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an asset.
Education & Experience
Required : Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience with strong problem-solving skills.Preferred :2+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.Certificate from a technical trade school or equivalent Military experience in a related field.
