Job descriptionBuild, manage, and optimize Google Ads and paid social campaigns to maximize ROAS. Conduct forecasting, market analysis , and performance reporting for the marketing team. Develop and execute paid media strategies supporting B2B SaaS and AI-driven initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with content, product, and design teams to align creative, messaging, and targeting strategies. Continuously experiment through A / B testing , creative optimization, and audience segmentation. Manage and improve technical tracking infrastructure ( GTM, GA4, conversion tracking ). 7+ years in paid media or digital marketing, with at least 3 years dedicated to Paid Media. Proven agency or large enterprise experience managing complex campaigns. Expertise in Google Ads, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), and B2B campaigns. Strong forecasting, analytics, and reporting capabilities. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (preferred). Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) Experience supporting AI, SaaS, or productivity tools Exposure to lift studies, audience segmentation, and multi-channel optimization Come get Swoon’d!!
