Shift Times : Flexible, within standard business hours

Care Setting : Outpatient

License : Active Connecticut OT license required

Experience : Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience preferred

Charting System : Epic (familiarity preferred)

Compensation : Competitive, based on experience

Additional Notes : Opportunity to work in both Farmington and Wallingford offices
