Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, high‑performance Sales Director & Team Lead to drive enterprise adoption of Flow360. This is a dual role : carrying a personal quota focused on strategic CFD accounts while leading, developing, and scaling a high‑impact sales team.

Requirements
- Own personal quota for named strategic enterprise CFD accounts.
- Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales : discovery, PoC, value quantification, negotiation, and close.
- Build deep relationships with CTOs, Chief Engineers, Heads of Aero / Thermal / Structures.
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives.
- Establish a data‑driven sales culture with rigorous forecasting and KPI accountability.
- Define and drive the GTM strategy for Flow360.
- Partner with Product, SE, and Marketing to align roadmap and customer needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years enterprise software / CAE / engineering / technical sales experience.3–6 years leading or mentoring sales teams.Proven track record closing complex CFD or simulation enterprise deals.Familiarity with CFD fundamentals, geometry / meshing workflows, and GPU / HPC concepts.Highly data‑driven operator with strong forecasting and metrics fluency.Excellent communicator with both technical and C‑suite stakeholders.Success Metrics
