Position Overview :

The Director of Business Services will lead the Project Management and Business Development department, overseeing strategic initiatives, operational workflows, and client-facing business solutions. This role ensures the successful execution of projects, drives business growth, and optimizes internal processes across Terra Labors service divisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all project management activities across labor and immigration solutions.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Terra Labors service offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain operational standards, KPIs, and process improvements to optimize departmental performance.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and timelines for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Foster strong client relationships and represent Terra Labor in high-level business discussions.
• Identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for project managers and business development staff.
• Ensure compliance with employment, labor, and immigration regulations in all projects.
